he department of Computer Applications came into existence in the year 1994. Since its inception the department is striving hard to provide Quality Education. The department also emphasizes on improving the communication skill and personality development of the students. The department has sufficient number of qualified staff who constantly work to produce good results. A constant effort is taken by the department and the institution to provide suitable placements for the students at large

Activities
• Guest Lectures by Academicians from other reputed Educational Institutions are organized
• Seminars are handled by people from Industries exposing the students to the latest requirements of the Industries
• One Industrial visit per semester is organized
• Students are encouraged to participate in various technical and cultural Inter-collegiate activities
• Every staff is given an opportunity to attend short term courses, workshops, conferences, seminars and training programs each semester.
Alumni
All the students are members of the Alumni. With the help of the Alumni Association placement is arranged. Students are placed in Blue chip companies through Alumni. The alumni students meet once a year.
